The speed of the rotor of the three-phase asynchronous motor is lower than that of the rotating magnetic field. The rotor winding generates electromotive force and current due to the relative movement between the magnetic field and the magnetic field, and interacts with the magnetic field to generate electromagnetic torque to realize energy conversion.
YR series(IP23) electromotor is protected type wound rotor three-phase asynchronous electromotor, among which YR400 is the latest designed lower pressure high-power electromotor. The motor adopts level B or F insulation, with a rated voltage of 38OV (which can also be 660V)and a rated frequency of 50Hz Its stater adopts △ connection(and Y connection when it is 660V), and is rotor adopts Y connection. Construction and installing form is IMB3 (engine base with footing. end cap without flange. horizontal type).Outlet method of stater: the HI60-315 are side outlet; H355-400 are top outlet.
This series motors can be direct started with full pressed,but when the motor has started, the rotor circuit should join up the rheostat or frequency sensitive resistor, after starting, the completion of the normal operation when the rotor winding short circuit three printout. Not allowed direct short start-up in the collector ring and brush (including three lead wires). The following picture is the using of wiring diagram of starting rheostat(For reference).
This series motor can be directly starting with full voltage, but at the time of starting the rotor circuit must be connected to STR or frequency sensitive resistance,when finish starting and normal running three of the rotor winding should be a short cut.It is not allowed that starting by short-circuit directly on the collector ring and brush(including three lead).
