The reasons for the blackening of excavator hydraulic oil are: first, it contains metal impurities; second, the working environment is poor, and external pollutants enter the hydraulic oil.

1. It is most likely the wear debris generated by the high-speed rotation of the pump. You should consider the wear of all parts rotating with the pump, such as bearings, volume chambers, etc;
2. The back and forth operation of the hydraulic valve spool and the back and forth operation of the oil cylinder will produce wear debris, but this phenomenon will not occur in a short time;
3. Because it is a new machine, a large amount of iron filings will be generated during equipment running in. I wonder if you empty all the hydraulic oil in the oil tank when changing the oil, and after using the new oil circulation system, wipe all the oil tank with cotton cloth and add new oil. If not, a large amount of iron filings may remain in the oil tank, which will also cause the new oil to be polluted and blackened;
Look at the external environmental impact:
1. You should check whether your hydraulic system is closed and whether the breathing hole is intact; 2. Check the exposed parts of the hydraulic part of the equipment to see whether the seal is intact, such as the dust ring of the oil cylinder; 1. The hydraulic oil was not completely replaced when it was replaced;
2. The oil seal is aged;
3. The working environment of the excavator is too poor, resulting in the blockage of the filter element;

5. The hydraulic oil tank is connected with the air. The dust and impurities in the air will enter the oil tank after a long time of use, and the oil must be dirty;
6. The oil particle size test meets the cleanliness requirements. It can eliminate dust pollution. It is certain that it is caused by the high temperature of hydraulic oil! You can use high-quality hydraulic oil. Check the oil return filter element and heat dissipation oil circuit, focusing on the radiator of hydraulic oil! At ordinary times, it shall be maintained according to the regulations!!
Cause of blacking of hydraulic oil of crushing hammer: the blacking of hydraulic system of excavator caused by crushing hammer is not only caused by dust, but also caused by non-standard filling of butter. For example, when the distance between the bushing and the steel drill exceeds 8mm (the thumb can be inserted), it is recommended to replace the bushing. On average, one inner sleeve needs to be replaced every two outer sleeves. When replacing hydraulic accessories such as oil pipe, steel pipe and oil return filter element, the crushing hammer can be loosened and replaced only after the dust or sundries at the interface are cleaned. When filling butter, it is necessary to lift the crushing hammer and press the steel drill into the piston. Each time, it is only necessary to fill half of the standard grease gun. (because if the steel drill is not pressed tightly when filling grease, the filled grease will be at the upper limit of the steel drill groove. When the steel drill is working, the grease will jump directly to the main oil seal of the crushing hammer, bring the grease into the cylinder of the crushing hammer with the reciprocating motion of the piston, and then mix the hydraulic oil in the cylinder of the crushing hammer into the hydraulic system of the excavator, which is the deterioration of the hydraulic oil, Blackening)
Treatment method:
1. Correctly use the butter posture.
2. Install oil return filter device.
3. Install water spraying device to reduce external dust.
4. If the upper and lower bushings are worn too much, replace the bushings in time.
5. If the intake check valve is broken or blocked, check the check valve regularly.
6. Replace the dust seal in time.
