◎Main technical features of Single cylinder diesel engine with common rail
1. High-pressure fuel injection system: Fuel pressure system and injection system are independent of each other, and the ECU controls injector solenoid valve to start or terminate the injection so as to maintain a stable high pressure fuel injection and realize the accuratecontrol of injection period and fuel injection volume.
2. Low emissions: fixed quantitative and controlled period of high-pressure fuel injection as well as the reasonable control of the pre-injection and main injection process, which effectively improve the performance of diesel engines and also reduce emissions.
3. Low noise and low idle speed: with common rail system, it can do multiple quantitative injections to effectively reduce the combustion noise and work at a low idle speed.
4. Good performance under cold start condition: High injection pressure, improve fuel and air mixture, effectively reduce cold start time and smoke degree during start.
5. High reliability: Double circuit lubrication system is used to optimize the strength of components and improve the reliability.
6. Good interchangeability: Installation dimensions and overall dimensions are the same as the original ZS and L series, so it is easy for users to upgrade.
