- Gear Motor

- Gear oil Pump
1. Before starting the oil pump, check carefully the inlet and outlet ports, and if the direction of rotation is consistent with the direction indicated by the sign or not. Don’t reverse rotation.
2. The flexible coupling joint should be used between the pump drive shaft and the prime mover output shaft, and the different axial degrees are not more than 0.1mm.
3. The pump shaft should be protected from radial forces, axial forces and bending moments. When installing the gear pump, the shaft should be introduced slowly. Do not force the impact or axially collide, otherwise the pump will be seriously damaged.
4. The pump's oil absorption height is not more than 0.5m.
5. It is forbidden strictly to bump the connection flange of the oil inlet. The joint surface and joint must be tightly sealed to prevent air leakage, otherwise it will cause abnormal phenomena such as noise, vibration and foam, and reduce the life of the gear pump.

- Hydraulic Valve
1. The joint surface of the valve oil port is strictly prohibited to bump, so that the joint surface and joint are strictly sealed.
2. When installing the external control mechanism, should ensure that the slide valve do not bear the lateral force, so that the slide valve is flexible and has no stuck phenomenon.
3. Install the oil ports correctly and dirt is strictly prohibited.
