1. Spin column, Liquid collection tube and pressing o-ring are made by imported medical grade polypropylene,Resistant to Acid-base and organic solvents. Can be autoclavable at 121°C. Maximum RCF : 14000×g.
2. Silicon basis Nucleic adsorption membrance is made by imported raw material,No contamination, No inhibitor. Unique technology makes the tiny pores exhibit a uniform distribution and the apertures are fine with same size. Thus stable, efficient and specific nucleic adsorbability can be guaranteed.
3. Sieve plate is made by specific fiber, 0.3mm thickness, diameter 50um, which can make an extremely low absorbing rate on DNA.
