HCZF*-15 brake valve is used in the brake system of forklifts. There is a shunt valve in the brake valve, which allows the constant flow of the forklift steering system to divert a small part of the flow (500~700mL/min) through the brake valve for the brake valve to work. The brake valve is controlled by the foot through the foot pedal.
When the pedal is stepped on, the stroke of the pedal is transmitted by the push rod to the piston rod of the brake valve. Under the action of the pressure reducing valve in the brake valve, a certain pressure is generated on the piston rod side of the piston to form the booster piston cavity. The hydraulic oil enters the brake through the safety valve to realize the brake of the forklift. The output pressure of the brake valve is linearly proportional, and the foot feels better. When the pedal is released, the high-pressure oil in the brake flows back to the piston cavity through the safety valve, and the charge valve in the brake valve opens under the action of negative pressure to replenish oil to the piston cavity to ensure re-braking. , There is enough hydraulic oil in the piston cavity,It can brake even when the engine is stalled. In addition, the safety valve at the outlet of the piston chamber prevents the oil from completely returning when the brake is unloaded, and maintains a certain pressure to ensure that the brake is filled quickly and the brake is more reliable when braking again.
