SEEYES high-speed transplanter, originated in 2012, has reached the industry leading level, after 7 years ‘development and improvement. In 2014, the products were produced in small batches, and made batch seedlings adaptability tests in various fields. In 2015, the R&D center has divided whole transplanter into 5 systems, which are engine, body, transmission, electrical & hydraulic, transplanting. Each system has set up a special research team to analyze, rectify and conduct field tests for more than 1200 hours. In 2016, more than 200 sets transplanter has been made using test in Zhejiang province, and all performance indexes have reached the industry leading standard. In 2017, through internal organization integration, Xingyue Group Co., Ltd further optimized the resource allocation of agricultural equipment industry, and further improved the self-made ability of agricultural equipment parts. At present, the self-made rate of high-speed transplanter parts reaches 80%, which greatly reduces the product cost and greatly improves its cost-effective competitive advantage. In 2018, the diesel engine, XY367 3-cylinder, was successfully developed, to provide high-speed transplanter with good quality and low price, strong, durable and reliable power guarantee. The high-speed transplanter accounted for more than 60% of the market sales in Zhejiang Province. Meanwhile, it has gradually entered Jiangsu, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Henan, Anhui, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Fujian and other provinces. In 2019, agricultural machinery research institute and marketing center has been established, which has upgraded the old products, further improved the adaptability of fields and seedlings, and made efforts to develop new products. The special transplanter, 2ZG-8SJ, for hybrid rice seed production has been successfully developed and gains market praise. The 4 lines rice transplanter for hilly mountain terrain has also been successfully developed and will be put on the market in 2020.
