1. When the unit starts, it should first engage the power of the power output shaft, then engage the working gear, slowly engage the clutch, and simultaneously operate the hydraulic lifting handle or lifting device, so that the blade of the rotary tiller gradually enters the soil, and then increase the throttle until Reach the normal tillage depth. It is absolutely forbidden to place the rotary tiller on the ground and suddenly combine the soil fertility, or insert the rotary tiller into the soil. Otherwise, the blade and the blade shaft will be impacted, and the driving components of the rotary tiller and tractor will be damaged.

2. During the operation, pay attention to whether there is noise and metal knocking on each working part. If there is noise, stop the machine and check it immediately.

When the rotary tillage is too deep, the soil is heavy or too hard, the tractor emits black smoke and is accompanied by slipping, the depth of ploughing or the width of ploughing should be appropriately reduced, or the low gear should be engaged.

3. When turning, the throttle should be lowered. The rear wheel and steering clutch should cooperate with each other and move forward slowly. Sharp turns are strictly prohibited to prevent damage to related parts. When turning or reversing the wheeled tractor, the tiller should be raised to prevent the blade from being broken or the shaft of the blade from being damaged.

4. When crossing the ditch and ridge, the operating handle of the rotary tiller should be placed in the separated position to prevent the rear of the tractor from lifting up suddenly and hurting the blade.

5. Remove the tangled grass on the blade shaft and blade in time to avoid damaging the blade shaft and affecting the depth of cultivation. Be sure to turn off the engine when removing tangled grass.

6. When the universal joint is working, both ends should be close to horizontal, and the angle should not exceed 10 degrees. When the working state increases, the included angle should not exceed 30 degrees, and the speed should be reduced to prevent damage to the universal joint transmission shaft assembly.

7. During operation, no one is allowed to stand behind or on the rotary tiller to prevent danger.

8. After every 3-4 hours of operation, the machine should be stopped to check whether the blade is loose or deformed. If an abnormality is found, it should be tightened or replaced in time.

9. When checking and troubleshooting, the engine must be turned off to ensure personal safety.

10. When transferring in the field, the rotary tiller should be raised and the power of the power output shaft should be cut off. If the transfer distance is large, use a locking device to fix the rotary tiller at a certain position, or remove the universal joint and transfer.
